To further enhance our service quality, we will be conducting renovation work on the public bath “onsen f” as outlined below.
Renovation Period

Location
Hakone Retreat före Public Bath “onsen f”
During the above period, guests staying at före will be unable to use the public bath. Please note that guest rooms at före, with the exception of the Fore Suite (109㎡), are equipped with shower rooms only. Additionally, guests staying at villa 1/f will also be unable to use onsen f during this time.
Please be aware that noise from the renovation work may occur during this period, but we are prioritizing guest safety and are committed to improving our services.
